   “If you have to even ask this, go see the original ‘Tron’.”

   You guys do remember that the original Tron was a huge box-office failure, right? You do remember that it had craptastic dialogues (“who does he calculate he is!?”), worse special effects, and since is was a Disney movie, its thinly disguised anti-atheism is either comical or infuriating depending on your perspective. You do remember that the plot and characters were so bad most people who saw it had no idea why the hell it was called Tron. (Hint: it’s the name of the character nobody remembers who was played by Bruce Boxleitner (not “Boxenleiter”), not the one played by Bridges.) You do remember the only reason anyone watches it today is for the same reasons they watch The Room and Troll 2, right?

   Then again, I must admit this Tron actually looks pretty cool…

   I’ve got to agree with Bruce Bridges that the original Tron was pretty sad… and disagree with him in the respect that I think this Tron looks even worse (if that’s even possible). The whole idea of Tron is like the Seltzer/Friedberg adaptation of The Matrix (a program is a person!). Pretty fucking weak…
