Shawn runs a doggie daycare and builds things, often with his son, and — all right let’s cut to the chase: gun-toting, soccer-playing, beer-delivering, ghetto-blastin’, Armatronic robotic fridge. Why yes, don’t mind if I do. Shawn named it Drozid. It consists of a mini refrigerator on a wheelchair platform, complete with a boombox, a robotic arm, a pan-tilt camera, and a semi-automatic bb gun with a laser sight because why not? Katie Wilson tells MAKE magazine:
Last week, I rolled up to pick up my pup, and there was no sign of Shawn. Then, lo and behold, I see this little gem rolling toward my car, cold beer at the ready, blasting something indiscernible, change for my $20 clamped in its Armatron grip. [MAKE]
I want to go to there.
Shawn’s sharing.theflip page has a 7-minute video of Drozid in action. It dodges obstacles around minute three and plays soccer at minute six. Then right after minute seven it started yelling “exterminate” and waving a gunstick around, but unfortunately the flip phone ran out of power at 6:50 so you can’t see that part.

Robots with beer AND guns? …interesting…
If they make one that holds wine coolers, I’ll take two.
