Batdork Gets Probation, Can't Wear Batman Outfit

You might remember Mark Wayne Williams. He’s the guy the police found hanging off the side of a building wearing a Batman suit with several less-lethal weapons on him. He has been, forever and ever, lovingly crowned by me as “Batdork”. Well, he’s just a normal dork now; as part of his probation, he can’t wear any costumes.

Batdork did, at least, have a decent reason for wearing a homemade Batman outfit and making every comics fan cringe with the inevitable tone-deaf media reports: leaving aside the whole crime fighting thing that he was trying to do, he was also trying to perform homeless outreach. We can’t really knock the guy for wanting to help people in the middle of difficult times.

Just, dude, not in a Batman outfit, OK?
