The Family That Slays Zombies Together

Ivan Owen at Chain Crafts in Bellingham, Washington, got an interesting birthday request from his wife, Jen. Ivan tells Craftzine:

She wanted to do a Post-Apocalypse/Zombie Slaying family photo shoot! To that end, I created armor for all of us. You know what they say.... The family that slays together, stays together.

For the themed photo shoot, Ivan pieced together the family's armor from soda tabs, aluminum, stainless steel strips, jump rings, sports equipment, duct parts, hubcaps, a railroad crossing sign, and other scraps. Is that a teddy bear in armor? Yes, that's a teddy bear in armor. This is redonkulously cute.
