AAAAAAAA!
Marvel has released eight new character posters for Joss Whedon's The Avengers. These posters feature Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, and Scarlett Johansson all staring at something just slightly out of frame, as well as two posters of Samuel L. Jackson and Tom Hiddleston looking right at you (so intense). Kind of a nice touch that they put a green light on Ruffalo for the Hulk reference (purple stretch pants would have been overselling it, I suppose). Also, Scarlett Johansson is sort of Scarlett Johanssoning in that poster, which is a nice cross-promotional tie-in. What, you mean those hacked cell phone pics weren't an advertisement for camera phones? Awkward.

Is it me or do the Iron Man and Thor posters look like illustrations with faces photoshopped onto them?
I never noticed the scars around Nick Fury’s eye patch before. Did Wolverine take his eye?
