When we last left the hilarious YouTube feud between the Shat and Carrie Fisher, George Takei had stepped in as a mediator with a combination of flattery, common sense, and a threat to post a photoshopped image of Shatner as Jabba the Hutt caressing Carrie Fisher.
It didn’t work.
Today, Shatner dropped a video where he criticizes George as a threat to peace. As for how sincere he might be, we’d like to note that this was obviously shot at some event, possibly a Gorn-killing reenactment, and that Shatner can barely keep a straight face.
You’ll find the video below the jump, and it’s worth watching, if for no other reason than to see Shatner nearly lose it for 46 straight seconds.

Yeah, I have to admit, it’s fun to see everybody involved taking this not remotely seriously.
He’s looking less and less like Captain Kirk and more and more like Tim Allen in “The Santa Clause” about mid-transformation. Then again, he looks pretty good for 105.
His singing voice has improved greatly, too.
