As you may or may not know, here at Gamma Squad, we generally pay for the games we review. It’s something we do for you out of love and the massive tax writeoff. But we’d like some guidance to point us towards the games you’re iffy on and want our valuable, slightly sarcastic and condescending, opinions of.
So, we’re putting it out to you, our gentle readers: what games are you on the fence about? “NeverDead”? “Soul Calibur V”? “Binary Domain”? Spend our money for us in the comments. And if it helps, here’s a big honking list of release dates.

I’m genuinely curious what your condescending and sarcastic view on the new Max Payne game will be. Assuming you guys played and enjoyed the first two. I like the opinons you guys write on things, though I don’t always agree, they tend to make me laugh or feel sick. In a good way. Are you even interested in Max Payne. I get the feeling most are kind of sick of the bullet time thing nowadays, but I’m quite excited assuming it keeps the dark noir comic feel of the first two.
I’m just going to take a guess here and assume you want us to take a look at “Max Payne 3″. Duly noted.
Heroes of Ruin for the 3DS! That game looks awesome.
There’s a good chance I’ll be getting this one. Unless it comes out the same day as Resident Evil: Revelations or something.
I think you should review the games that are not going to get a fair review from sites like IGN, i.e. FF XIII-2 and Kingdoms of Amalur. The games that will get glowing, dishonest reviews unless they’re absolutely broken. Some honest opinions would be nice before purchasing.
I second this. I get tired of all those reviews that you swear they must have gotten paid to write.
OK, consider them on the list. Kingdoms of Amalur in particular: either it’ll be great or an utter nerd disaster area.
I say fuck reviewing games, review the reviewers on how honest their reviews are. It would raise a lot of buzz but you could feel smug doing justice. Smugjust. eeeeeee
Smug? Moi? NEVER. However, with some of these titles, we like the idea, and we’ll see what we can do.
Mass Effect Threeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Goes without saying.
Blacklight Retribution. Free-to-play multiplayer PC shooter. Comes out in February, I think.
Duly noted.
What about DLC for previously reviewed games? Some of that shit is inadequately described and all of it is non-refundable.
OK, what games were you thinking of, specifically? Saint’s Row The Third is cranking it out, we know that.
ALL OF THEM?
I keed I keed, but seriously tho, dlc reviews would be great (ie Assassin’s Creed) , also some of the better XBL arcade games like Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet and Outland could use some no-bs reviews.
