All right, so the comic about the Visigoth abducted by space aliens who gets a map to their armory carved into his hand by Elvis and who then steals a sentient suit of armor and winds up on 20th century Earth, only to later get eviscerated by a cyborg dinosaur, can’t exactly be described as “down to earth” or “sensible”.
Still, his coming relaunch has a freaking talking cover.
Thankfully, this is not one of those greeting-card speaker deals. Instead it’s an “augmented reality” gimmick, wherein you scan a QR code and it pops up a video. The overall result is..kinda “Clutch Cargo”, actually, but hey, Valiant just came back from the dead, it takes a while for the newly revived to get back up to speed.
