Cat Scientists of the Space Age Paved The Way For Chemistry Cat

Awhile back we put our knowledge of chemistry jokes to work with a slideshow about Chemistry Cat, but little did we know about all the other cat scientists who blazed a meandering trail for the intrepid feline chemists of today. Those pioneers are the subject of a new dedicated Tumblr called Cat Scientists, where these cats are, uh, cataloged. And what a sacrifice these scientists all made, as pointed out to us by a commenter at BoingBoing:
