'Prometheus' Drops An Extended Featurette And 19 Photos

“Of course what I want to do is scare the living sh-t out of you.” — Ridley Scott
That quote comes from the three-minute Prometheus international featurette below, and it convinces me Ridley Scott and I could totally be friends. In the featurette, released for the New Zealand market, director Ridley Scott, writer Damon Lindelof, and stars Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, and That Other Guy discuss the Alien is-it-or-isn’t-it-a-prequel opening June 8th.
The featurette includes some new clips, including a foreshadowing bit where Noomi Rapace’s character says, “I came here for answers. I’d rather die with those answers than leave without them.” Or at least I think that’s what she said. I got distracted by her cheekbones. So dreamy. Want to cut glass into heart shapes with them.
We also have 19 new pictures (most of them from an article in today’s issue of Entertainment Weekly) released to promote the film. Check out that intriguing photo above. It looks like Fassbender has his groping helmet on. Too bad Rapace is in her grope-proof cocoon wearing her “sexy mummy” Halloween costume. What? You got a better explanation for this?
