Abraham Lincoln Vs. History's Vampires: Jesse Hooker

Why not end this contest with a grudge match?

Jesse Hooker is, of course, the head of the vampire clan in “Near Dark”, played by Lance Henriksen. He also happens to mention that he fought for the Confederacy in the Civil War, so needless to say, he’s probably not a fan of Abraham.

The main problem here, really, is daylight. Jesse and his clan tend to burn like matches whenever sunlight is around. They’re also fragile enough that you can blow them up and they’ll stay down, which makes them some of the weakest, in terms of durability, that we’ve seen.

On the other hand, if anybody could see Abraham’s tactics coming, it’s a guy who was taught to fight in exactly the same way. And Hooker is, if anything, a powerful hand-to-hand fighter.
