The Latest ‘Darksiders II’ Trailer Showcases Death’s Velvety Baritone

In Darksiders II you get to play as Death. Death! Seems like the game might be kind of easy — I mean, can you kill Death? I suppose you could try to drive him to suicide, but I doubt it would work. The Death of Darksiders II has such a sexy voice I have a hard time believing his life is anything but completely awesome.

So far the Darksiders games have featured War and Death as playable characters. I wonder who they’ll use as protagonists if the series continues? Pestilence and Famine don’t sound that fun to play as. Maybe they’ll start basing characters on things people just generally consider bad — the star of Darksiders III can be “Spam Email” or “Days That Feel Like Fridays But Are Actually Just Thursdays.” Scary.
