Man, even the trailers for Dishonored are cool and innovative. The makers of Dishonored have set up a neat “Choose Your Own Adventure” type thing on YouTube that lets you choose your path through an entire mission.
Hit the jump to play along, and warning, there may be a few minor spoilers contained within…
Whoops. Somehow I managed to die twice before I got to the end. Come to think of it, I was never that good at avoiding the “bad” endings in Choose Your Own Adventure books either.
Dishonored hits stores tomorrow, October 9th!

All I want to know is if the campaign is more than 4-5 hours. Otherwise, see ya next summer Dishonored.
Kotaku said the main campaign is around 15 hours.
With all the different approaches you can take, seems like it will have some good replay value too.
From early reports, you can get through it in 4-5 hours if you just immediately head straight for the glowing objective arrows, but if you explore and do sidequests and stuff it’s more in the 8-10 range
So around Arkham City’s kind of flexible length. Alrighty then, wild card spot goes to Dishonored for the fall/winter line up. Damn you Borderlands 2, damn you and your damned awsomeness, there are other games to plaaaayyyyyy…
I’m glad this is getting good reviews. The problem is now that I want it even more than I did before.
So what’s the code it shows when you steal the stuff from the desk. I assume that’s for some piece of DLC, but does anyone know what it is yet?
I was a little on the fence with Dishonored. I’m going to get it now, but since it sounds like it’s fairly short, I’m going to wait for Black Friday when someone (probably Best Buy) will inevitably have it on sale.
Hey, that trailer finally got me interested in this game! Still probably gonna be waiting for a price drop, but I expect to buy it sooner or later.
That Billy Lush fellow (“The Outsider”) sounds a lot like Quinton Flynn. Anyway, yeah, now I want this game. Dammit. Insufficient resources.
