In one of the best mashup videos I’ve seen in a long time, movieclipsTRAILERS has succeeded in re-casting characters from Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies and other classic Batman characters in a ’90s style teen movie called Gotham High. They used clips from a huge number of late ’90s and early aughts films, most of them including actors who starred in Nolan’s films.
Watch the video below to find out what Batman, Selina Kyle, Bane, John Blake, “Joseph Kuhr”, Commissioner (formerly Principal) Gordan, and others were doing in high school. There’s even a split second of original Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes) dancing in a belly shirt in the school parking lot, plus cameos from DJ Riddler and Mr. Freeze.
Ever wonder what high school was like for your favorite super heroes and villains in Gotham? Now you can enjoy all their early beginnings in this prequel to the Dark Knight Trilogy. Directed by Christopher Nolan’s Son, Oliver. [official synopsis]
And sure, this Gotham High trailer might be quite long, laying the 10 Things I Hate About You clips on heavy, but we think you’ll agree the ending makes it worth the time.

That is fantastic
Brilliant, really liked the little twist at the end.
No
Every time I see Heath, I miss Joker more and more
Every time I see Heath, I miss Patrick Verona more and more.
They mispelled “Principal”. Other than that when does shooting start?
That was fantastic, but old Harvy kind of took me out of it. They should have made him a teacher.
i’m not sure having to see julia stiles’ boobs was what alan moore had in mind for “one bad day,” but i guess it’s pretty close
Oh. My. God.
I was totally on board for this to be a thing that exists in the world by the end.
CW would do it.
