Supreme kudos to Stefano Chiechi for his unmatched War Machine cosplay, featuring not only a simulated machine guns in his forearms, a shoulder-mounted mini-gun with a spinning barrel, a glowing arc reactor, but an actual working helmet that opens and closes mechanically just like in Iron Man 2.
