Pretty girls…knives…okay, my checklist is complete.
I’ve been talking up Capcom and Dontnod Entertainment’s Remember Me quite a bit over the past few months. Some people seem to think the game looks a bit janky and derivative, but I think it has promise — the adventure gamey “memory remixing” looks fun, main character Nilin seems unique and interesting, and I dunno, I guess I’m not entirely bored of Assassin’s Creed platforming and Arkham City-style brawling just yet.
Well, Remember Me now has a release date of June 4th. Celebrate the game finding a spot on the calendar by checking out a new trailer after the jump…
What do you folks think? Looking forward to kicking your summer off with this game?

It does look a little janky but I will give it a try, the story looks like it could be strong too. Besides the main character is a brown skinned female! That’s like a unicorn, how could I not support that?
Optimistic. Maybe not a day one purchase, but we’ll see. I guess it comes down to weather or not this can beat out my backlog.
I’ve been enjoying all of the trailers to this so far, and the music gives it such a unique feel compared to a lot of “THIS IS THE FUTURE WE MUST HAVE GRAY AND SADNESS EVERYWHERE!!” type of games. I look forward to seeing more.
