I usually leave the coverage of anything remotely political to my Cajun colleague, but last night The Daily Show played “Last Comic Commanding,” where Jon Stewart took ABC’s recent hard-hitting “who’s funnier?” line of questioning further by delving into some critical analysis of the comedic chops possessed by both President Obama and Mitt Romney.
Check your politics at the door, because this is simply a good segment. Solid jabs, fair praise, and Stewart killing with self-deprecating jokes about his own acting career. Truth be told, the whole thing is terrific but I’m pretty much sharing for the Rite Aid line and Nanny visual. Vid after the jump, followed by a few key screengrabs so that the video challenged members of our audiences can enjoy roughly a tenth of the fun as the rest of us.
“Star of several comedy films available in a Rite Aid discount bin near you…”

“And, a one time guest star on The Nanny…”

Romney’s comedic influences…

And Michelle Obama joke bomb face…
