Ladies-Only Indie-Rock Supergroup Wild Flag Drop Their First Video, And It’s Sassy

All-female, indie-rock band Wild Flag — which consists of former Sleater-Kinney bandmates Carrie Brownstein and Janet Weiss, Helium’s Mary Timony, and former Minders member Rebecca Cole — has their debut album coming out in a few days (Sept 13th), so the day after Labor Day seems like a perfect time to release the video for their first single, “Romance,” in which they all play bored silly office drones who all say “f*ck it” and go on a rampage — donning Halloween masks and driving a pink Volvo all over Portland on a mission to shake things up a little.

Hopefully, this video will at least inspire someone, somewhere today to drop a laxative in their boss’s coffee.
