Becks, Stella Artois and Peroni are “best quality” European beers and better than “unacceptable” North American beers? I’ll say those are better than Budweiser, Miller, etc but I guess she has not caught wind of the craft beer movement in the U.S. Plenty of beers that are 10x better than Becks. Becks isn’t even close to “best quality” in its own country of Germany!
Clearly it’s just to avoid getting stuck with bucket-fulls of Coors Light and Bud Light at each stop. You don’t go to the Staples Center to get craft beer…..
