Dubstep is sh*t okay
That was terrifying.
Mainstream Dubstep is all the sh*t unintelligible people listen to on the radio. While all the people who knew about this genre years ago are making better and better sh*t that none of you will ever hear because you are too ignorant to listen to anything else.
Instead of waterboarding them, U.S. intelligence services should just force terrorist suspects to listen to this on loop until they cave and scream, “OH PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!”

I think the fact that it says 11+7 rather than 19, bothers me more than the fact that this exists.
You could’ve told me that was just a random song of his and I would have had no reason to believe otherwise.

A single Skrillex song at a time is torturous
You know, I understand that many of you don’t like dubstep… which is NOT really what Skrillex produces, but that’s beside the fact. I think indie rock and country music is shit, but a ton of folks dig that sound, too. I really enjoy Skrillex’s work, and people bitching about music they don’t care for *or hate* usually make identical comments regardless of genre. I think it’s sad that Uproxx is so progressive about everything else commented on, but when it comes to dubstep or Skrillex’s tracks, posts usually wind up reading like geriatric snark. For the record, if you took a bazillion of any… and I do mean ANY… musical group or performer’s tracks and played them simultaneously, it would sound like shit, too. If you can’t respect the work of Nero, Bassnectar, Chase and Status, or any other well respected artist who makes dubstep tracks, that’s fine, but I’m telling you you sound exactly like my father ranting about the God-awful noise called *rap* back in the 1980s.
Know what else was awesome? Nu metal.
