Bonnaroo’s 2013 lineup was announced today by Daniel Tosh, of all people, who somehow managed not to make a rape joke. Headliners include: Paul McCartney, Mumford & Sons, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Wilco, Bjork, The Lumineers, Wu-Tang Clan, Pretty Lights, Kendrick Lamar, Grizzly Bear, Animal Collective, The Gaslight Anthem, Billy Idol, David Byrne & St. Vincent, Trombone Shorty and Father John Misty. The festival takes place June 13-16 in Manchester, Tennessee, aka The Sticks.
The full lineup can be viewed here. Tickets can be bought here.

I want hologram Lennon and Harrison or else this whole thing sucks.
That’s quite a line up. Daniel Tosh was a weird choice to announce this but I ain’t mad.
Uhhhh, Weird Al hosted an hour long Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon (B.L.A.M.) where they announced everyone. Where Tosh came from is beyond me.
I’m assuming they threw him in there so those who were unable to watch the live stream this afternoon could see the line-up in one quick shot.
After looking at the full lineup, I have to know something, and I think you guys can help me. What the fuck is a Macklemore? I refuse to look it up. I won’t give it the Google search statistic.

I wanna make sweet sweet love to this lineup.
This will be my ninth year. Every year, regardless of the lineup, is goddamn amazing. Really looking forward to Sir Paul, Wu Tang, and Of Monsters & Men.
I’ve been to five of them and this line-up is pretty great, especially Petty and McCartney as headliners, but as a whole it doesn’t get me as warm and tingly as years past.
I have had years like that, and I still end up having an unbelievable amazing time. I do wish they had Mumford and Sons as like the second row of headliners and someone else, bigger, in their spot.
