Eminem’s ‘Berzerk’ Music Video Is A Beastie Boys Homage Featuring Kendrick Lamar & Rick Rubin

When Eminem dropped the first single, “Berzerk,” from The Marshall Mathers LP 2, before dropping the mic when he turned into a statue on ESPN, most fans noticed the song’s similarities to the Beastie Boys. This was very much intentional, because today comes the “Berzerk” music video, which is essentially an homage to “So What Cha Want.” But now with more Kid Rock, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Rubin, Royce Da 5’9″, and Yelawolf. Our reaction:
