This Halloween Light Display Is Set To The Spookiest Of Songs, Ylvis’ ‘The Fox’

“The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)” is to 2013 as “Monster Mash” was to every year between whenever it came out and 2012. It’s got everything you’d want in a Halloween song: howling, foreigners, and nonsensical g-g-g-garbage words that when said out loud three times in a row, open the Hellmouth. Also, foxes. SPOOKY foxes.

Good on the people of EdwardsLandingLights for embracing the new Halloween horror gem.

Over 8,500 lights and roughly 1066 channels of computer animation. This is a personal hobby. Edwards Landing Lights is simply the name we gave to our holiday display on our house. Viewers tune in their car’s FM radio to “hear the lights”. No music is broadcast outside. Most of the lights used in the display are energy efficient LEDs. We estimate the electric bill for the display at $25-$35 for the Halloween season. (Via)

What does the fox say? Stay energy efficient, apparently.
