Megan Denise Fox (born May 16, 1986) is an American actress and model. She is known for her roles on the television series Hope & Faith (2004) and in the 2007 live-action film Transformers. As a model, Fox has been featured in the men's magazines FHM, GQ, and Maxim.FHM voted her the Sexiest Woman in the World in 2008 (via Wikipedia)
