Rex has rocky record against Peyton

via nydailynews.com ( 46 Days ago )
Despite the laughter and all the jokes about Peyton Manning's playing time tomorrow, Rex Ryan still can't hide his unease as the Jets put their playoff hopes on the line against an undefeated team and the future Hall of Fame QB.

New York Jet Defense: The New Monsters Of The Meadowlands?

via bleacherreport.com ( 55 Days ago )
Has the New York Sack Exchange been replaced with the new Monsters of the Meadowlands? Given the fact the New York Jets statistically have the most dominant defense since the 1985 edition of the Chicago Bears more commonly referred to as the Monsters of the Midway, is the connection just coincidental or fate given Head Coach Rex Ryan's dad is former Bear defensive coordinator Buddy [...]

Rex Ryan Has No Sympathy for Your Injuries, Dolphins Fans

via larrybrownsports.com ( 101 Days ago )
Rex Ryan has talked more than his share of crap since becoming the head coach of the Jets. The “big old joker” had a war of words with Dolphins LB Channing Crowder in the offseason that ignited more hatred between the Jets and Dolphins. Suffice it to say, he’s not letting up in the second matchup between the teams. When asked about the Dolphins being without [...]

Rex's big mouth has Jets getting defensive

via nydailynews.com ( 115 Days ago )

That's because Edwards will be protected by the youngest offensive line the NFL has seen this decade, one that will likely be starting three rookies - right tackle [...]

Photograph by David Richard/AP When Rex Ryan took over as Jets coach, his first big splash came in a verbal sparring match with Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder. Entering the teams' Week 5 matchup on Monday night, the Jets (3-1) have a distinct edge over the Dolphins (1-3), who have already lost quarterback Chad Pennington for the season. This game also marks the Jets debut [...]

“Geezus hell, son. What is the name of f-ckall is that thing your face? You didn’t let my boy Sanchez take you down Tiajuanee way didja?” A clash of undefeateds headline an otherwise ho-hum slate of late afternoon games. There is a glorious silver lining, but I’m saving that for the end of the post. First, a look at the match-ups: Jets at Saints – [...]

3-0 Jets Saints: Someone’s Got To Lose

via gridironexperts.com ( 131 Days ago )
Saints vs. Jets Preview  To the naked eye, this game goes into Sunday as “The Saints #1 offense facing Rex Ryan’s blitzing Defense.”  That statement is not all incorrect, but the way the Saints Defense is playing there are various headlines that this game could have.   Being a New Orleans native and a Saints homer, I am putting my bias aside for this Monster Match-Up. A [...]
