Chimpanzee farts can make anything funny -- cancer, the Holocaust, even New Yorker cartoons.

This isn't new, but it's Friday and I can't remember the last time I highlighted some kind of insanity from Japan.

Warming Glow's nerdy little brother Gamma Squad already wrote about this yesterday, but BBC Two is airing a special called "Chimpcam," which the network is touting as "a unique experiment" and "the world's first film shot by chimpanzees.

So is it okay to be turned on by this or not.

A chimpanzee in overalls fondles a statue's penis, then goes to the bakery to pick up a cake, but the pack of bulldogs he's walking turn on him and chase him down the road before a bird of prey steals the chimpanzee's cake.

That acronym in the headline is short for "What Would Japanese Chimp Do.

As if PETA wasn't already getting in the way of me enjoying things like the delicious taste of tortured animals and the exhilaration of gambling on a dogfight, now they're trying to prevent chimpanzees from working in Hollywood.
