People's "Sexiest Man Alive" designation is of course a huge farce, as not once have I ever been in the running.

Savvy sitcom fans know that there's been no shortage of love between NBC's "Community" and ABC's "Cougar Town" this year, from Abed's (Danny Pudi) extended soliloquy about being an extra on "Cougar Town" to the background appearance of Busy Phillips and Dan Byrd in the "Community" finale.

In last week's episode of "Community," Abed (Danny Pudi) was conspicuously absent throughout the episode, to the point that Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) looks to him at the end of the episode and says, "I barely saw you this week, Abed.
