Aerosmith appeared on "The Today Show" this morning, and in the course of their relatively brief appearance, lead singer and noted gypsy scarecrow Steven Tyler did the following things: 1) Looked straight into the camera and said the name of their chief ratings rival; and 2) Screamed the F-word at the top of his lungs while Al Roker was trying to do the weather. All in all a pretty solid showing.

Everybody is leaving 'American Idol,' and everybody else is rumored to be replacing them. Let's break it all down.

For months, it's been an accepted fact that the judges for the new and newly irrelevant "American Idol" would be Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Steven Tyler.

Despite that headline, you don't have to worry about Steven Tyler's old-granny face popping up in the live-action adaptation of the classic Japanese Anime Space Battleship Yamato.
