ProView Vs. Apple: A Trolling Update

Recently we told you about how Apple was getting a taste of its own trolling, courtesy of a monitor maker you don’t care about, ProView. Well, ProView, even though they’re losing the fight in China, are taking their trolling on tour, suing Apple in a California court for “deception” when buying the iPad name from that alleged affiliate who never had the rights to the name in the first place.

Basically ProView is insisting Apple never told them they were going to make a freaking fortune off the iPad and ProView totally would have charged more for the name that it, like, still owns. Totally.

Apple is going to reduce them to a smoking crater, but in the meantime, we can sit back and offer some meaningful commentary on this…
