Is there anyone on Twitter who hasn’t used the service to bitch about airlines and/or air travel in general? I think not! Everyone does it. It’s what Twitter was invented for. That said, some do it better than others.
Take Hasan Syed, for instance, who tweets under the handle, @HVSVN. Rather than use an average, run-of-the-mill tweet to voice his disgust with British Airways’ customer service after they’d lost his father’s luggage, Syed paid to promote a tweet that did so.
Syed wouldn’t tell Mashable how much it cost him to promote the tweet, but I’m sure the satisfaction he’s getting out of it made it worth every penny.
