You might think that Samuel L. Jackson’s B-movie masterpiece Snakes on a Plane wouldn’t translate well to television, what with so many of the key lines of dialogue having colorful phrases like “MFing snakes” and “MFing plane” and “Ouch, a MFing snake has bitten my MFing exposed breast.”
But no: sometimes the greatest art comes when the artist operates within set parameters, like Picasso during his Blue Period, or Jack White playing with a barely capable drummer. Such is also the case here, when the genius dubbers of Snakes on a Plane were handed the movie’s most famously obscene line. And just as I wouldn’t try to sketch “Old Guitarist” or try to mimic the guitar solo from “Ball and Biscuit,” I won’t spoil the line for you here. Enjoy it, people. This is art.
