I love Detroit in the springtime.
Eminem will sit down for an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Taped” this Friday, then stick around to perform a song from his new album Relapse. And he’ll have 200 laid-off auto workers in the audience to support him.
Eminem and Kimmel are flying the unemployed workers to Los Angeles for the show’s taping…
“In all the media coverage Detroit is getting, everyone forgets about the people that have lost their jobs without getting big cash payouts after dedicating themselves to the auto industry,” Eminem told the Free Press through his publicist Monday night. “Jimmy Kimmel and I got to talking, and we wanted to remind everyone that there are real people affected by what’s going on in Detroit, and try to show some of them a good time while we’re at it.”
That’s pretty nice. Not as nice as a time machine they could use to go back to the ’80s and warn the companies and labor unions that their greed and lack of foresight will destroy an entire city, but still nice. The trip to L.A. might even make it worth sitting through a Kimmel taping. Let’s go to the judges annnnnd… yep, that’s a burn. Except for the Russian judge, who downgraded it to “zing.”

Why don’t they Drive… it would help out their own cause… just saying.
Good to see him go the extra (8) mile.
What?
Screw ‘em. GM and Chrysler can suck my Japanese made tailpipe.
I blame the downfall of Detroit on OCP and Nuke
