Hey, remember that idiotic wedding entrance video on YouTube? “The Office” recreated it on last night’s episode. *fart noise* [Hulu] [image via bohemea]
‘Always Sunny’ FTW: Last night’s episode kicked ass, and I’ve got the .gif to prove it. [Nathaniel James]

Adorable dog story #2: The Today Show features a dog that can read. But only at a Dan Brown level. [Best Week Ever]
‘Pregnant Chick on TV Pretending They Isn’t Really Pregnant’: An excellent book idea, indeed. [The Ragbag]
All right, everybody. I have to call it an early day because I’m flying off to Louisiana for the Florida-LSU game this weekend. Worry not for me, as Spencer Hall will be my guide through the perilous waters.

Oh, man. Spending the weekend in Baton Rouge with Spencer/Orson? Why do I feel one of you is coming home in a bodybag?
My 2 cents,
Wedding dance: lame in real life, even lamer on a tv show
IASIP: big comeback after last week. Gail the Snail giving Frank a handy was great
South Park: great as always, especially the creepy judges at the creepy kids beauty pageant.
Matt, a weekend in Baton Rouge to watch FL-LSU. Sounds more fun than Fight Gone Bad.
Forgot about The Office, turned it on to see this video recreation and just thought, “Wow, really?”
In defense of the Office, I think the point was how incredibly lame the wedding dance routine was, and how predictable it would be that the collected idiots in their lives would recreate it. That said, Dwight kicking the bridesmaid in the face was excellent.
And It’s Always Sunny continues to bring the high heat. “Have the gun out and ready to rock.”
Do those people not have any friends outside of their workplace? Fuckin’ losers.
Having been to Louisiana, that’s probably not water.
/It’s urine
I spent the entire night playing Nightcrawlers. Sunny is what TV should be!
Somebody get me a can of wine!
/The Office is officially terrible after last night’s hour long rectal binge.
Oh come on. No show that has a torn scrotum and a bridesmaid taking a kick to the face can be completely terrible.
Over the years I’ve, for the most part, enjoyed it when The Office pokes fun at some of the various internet memes that’ve cropped up. But you could argue that the biggest thread of the show was leading up to this very moment. Granted they could’ve done almost anything and the majority of the audience would’ve sobbed it up a bit, but really: why wouldn’t you do something original here? Viewers have been waiting years for this wedding and they completely rip it off. I’m not sure if it’s a total cop out or just a horrid writers decision, but in either case it’s just solidified that this show continues to plummet in terms of quality.
That said, I’d totally bang Pam’s mom.
@ The Earl
Did you actually watch the episode? The original thing was the mini-elopement to the get married on the boat. Actually for a fictional wedding it was quite touching. The joke was that they knew the lame jackasses who they didn’t want to come in the first place would pull the lame youtube ripoff despite the fact they hated it.
It’s hard to argue that Always Sunny has dipped some from it’s nearly perfect first 2 seasons, but episodes like this week’s make up for all of the lousy ones (like last week’s and the Extreme Makeover Home Edition one). Gail the Snail was a hilariously written character, and Rajskub did an excellent job playing her. The wine in the Diet Coke cans, how it started with just Frank and gradually became adopted by the rest of the gang, was too good.
INTERVENTION!
The Office officially went off my DVR list now that 30 Rock comes back next week.
I hate that YouTube Wedding video more than anything I’ve ever hated in my life.
