A&E has greenlit seven episodes of “Bob Saget’s Strange Days,” an hour-long series in which Saget will engage the odder fringes of American society.
The quirky travelogue will place Saget with groups that include biker gangs, Amish teenagers, mail-order brides and survivalist cults.
Series, announced to be in the pilot stage at the May upfronts, is positioned as a self-immersion extension of Saget’s standup act that riffs on offbeat people and their lifestyles while ultimately trying to illuminate what drives their emotions and behavior. [Variety]
It’s easy to dislike Saget, since it’s human nature to want everyone involved in “Full House” to die a fiery death. But the guy is actually a sharp and funny comic, with a penchant for filth that puts my porn collection to shame. If you’ve never seen his turn in The Aristocrats, please watch the video below.

I watched part of Saget’s HBO special based on his Aristocrats appearance. I got through about 10 minutes. Don’t believe the hype, that dude is a horrible comedian.
Will he spend time with his TV daughter in a meth lab?
So Matt watches Entourage on the off chance that Saget shows up.
Oh how could you!
I didn’t say a fucking word about Entourage, and you can fuck off for even insinuating that.
The only good thing Bob Saget has ever done is his cameo in “Half Baked.”
I noticed Entourage was conspicuous by its absence in that AV Club’s 3000 Best TV Series of the ’00s. A glaring oversight on their part.
His best work is his role in the awful Dumb and Dumberer. “Oh my god, there is SHIT EVERYWHERE!”
Is it me or does Saget in that banner pic looks like if Tay Zonday was white?
His best work is absolutely not in Dumb and Dumberer you motherfucker, don’t ever say anything about that movie is remotely good ever ever
Louis Theroux’s Wierd Weekends?
Anyone?
Bob Saget rules!! I saw him in Vegas at the Palms and I damn near pissed myself. Which would’ve sucked as those were the only pants I had.
