I’m not exactly a proponent of Lady Gaga, but I did spend two days this fall with “Poker Face” stuck in my head non-stop. Since then, there have been two excellent televised versions of her catchy song — first by Eric Cartman on “South Park,” then by Christopher Walken on BBC One. The video above mixes all three versions, and it. Is. A-maaaaaaay-ziiinnnnngggggggggg. Not only is the song well-mixed, but the video includes clips of Walken in The Deer Hunter and Fatboy Slim’s classic “Weapon of Choice” video.
It’s days like this that I feel sorry for people who make three or four times as much money as I do by working in pharmaceutical sales or trading stocks or some other crappy grown-up job. What a joyless existence. It’s like, yeah buddy, that’s great that you wear nice suits and own a penthouse suite, but I’m not wearing pants and I just watched a Christopher Walken/Cartman/Lady Gaga video. Winner: me.

I called for something like this when you posted the Walken video. I wanted less Gaga in the mix, but it’s still pretty cool. Well done, internet magic machine.
Why is Lady GaGa so famous yet so ugly?
I picked a good day to finally bring headphones to the office. And a bad day to quit sniffing glue.
Love this, but it would have been better if it included Cartman’s line about not giving a shit about whales and telling Stan to go hug a tree.
But I can sit in my window office wearing my nice suit making lots of money while you bring me the funny. I think we’re all winners here.
Sons! Sons! SONS! Can every other post today be about last night’s Sons?
Pro: the amount of awesomeness in this
Con: having that song stuck in my head for the rest of the day.
Also, I would do her. There I said it. Don’t you judge me!
UU, you will be judged. Harshly. But then again, I would do Walken just for the story.
I don’t normally pimp other people’s stuff (I’m too busy pimping other people’s children), but I really like the Molly Lewis version:

uhhhh….UU, she openly admits to having a wiener. No joke.
Is this the first time Ufford and Andrew Sullivan have had the same post on the same day?

Good new, I like it! full tilt not bad then bets 911.
Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec also did Poker Face. This was awesome but could have included her version too.
I have been following Christopher for years, he’s fantastic……..
