through they eyes of the city’s vibrant music scene — and with apologies to Chuck Palahniuk: this is Matt’s raging boner for jazz and urban decay. The video is nothing but shots of abandoned musical instruments throughout the city set to music, and just when the foot-stompin’ is about to begin, that’s when it cuts out and leaves me wanting to watch every episode starting IMMEDIATELY. It’s TV’s version of blue balls. Oh, David Simon, you dirty tease! Now if I want to get off to urban decay, I’ll have to go check out the frozen hobos of Detroit.

Yep, that’ll do. That will do quite nicely.
Ah, yes, the frozen hobos. That was one helluva day for cock-milking.
Want. Now.
Oh, Indeed….
I would allow my sweet ass to be passed around in a maximum security prison, if it meant I could watch Treme afterwards.
By sweet ass, I mean the good natured donkey I keep in my garage.
As a resident of Gulfport, MS I can officially say that Im so fucking tired of the whiny bitches over in New Orleans, but Ill probably still check this show out.
anybody else find that teaser trailer lacking in the dickensian aspect department?
i hope this show delivers.
Come on man, just leave Detroit alone. Or by a Ford, either one helps.
I hope this show does my town justice. My grandfather is from the Treme’ area. I’m always a little surprised at the amount of interest in N.O. from non natives.
@brad New Orleanians have every right to lament the devastation to there CITY. Good luck getting anybody to show interest in your hick town. People in Gulfport don’t give a shit about Gulfport.
