There’s a new episode of Auto-Tune the News (see video below), and it once again takes Congressional debate and news coverage and turns it into a catchy-as-hell song. The topics covered here are turtle fences, Scott Brown’s election, and the Super Bowl (Drew Brees’s voice is exceptionally melodic in auto-tune). If C-SPAN was always like this, I would actually care about politics.
It pains me to have such a positive attitude about something, but I really am blown away by how insanely creative these people are. Any jackass can Photoshop cats into pictures, but to manipulate sound and video of political debate into a 3-minute original music video is a level of creativity and effort I can’t even fathom.

Don’t sell yourself short, Matt. It takes a special kind of jackass to do what you do.
By the way, did you catch Craig Ferguson last night? He changed the format to be more like Tom Snyder and his guest was Steven Frye. I like Ferguson and I like Frye, but switching to no audience and less jokes and having two guys from the UK yammering back and forth amped up the gravitas…which is not what I’m looking for at 12:30am
Her beliefs aside, those tittles look succulent.
Matt, you’re on very thin ice. Very thin ice.
I like turtles.
I once watched a groundhog climb over a chain-link fence. It was awesome, but maybe not entirely relevant.
