THE PERFECT STORM OF UNFUNNY

I loved “In Living Color.” And despite Jamie Foxx’s terrible music career and need to be a self-serious dillweed, I think he’s a very good actor. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t watch this without a gun to my head:

[Fox] has ordered a pilot for an untitled project executive produced by Foxx and fellow “Color” scribes, “MadTV” creators Fax Bahr and Adam Small, with “Wild ‘N Out” alum Affion Crockett attached as one of the stars… Small and Bahr’s series credits also include “Chocolate News” and “Blue Collar TV.” [THR]

WOW. From the people who created “MadTV,” “Chocolate News,” and Blue Collar TV,” and starring the guy from “Wild ‘N Out,” — no, not Nick Cannon, the slightly less unfunny one — it’s least funny show ever created! Jamie Foxx is gonna have something else to blame on the alcohol.
