Romantically Challenged (ABC) — Series premiere. This is getting terrible reviews, but it’s on ABC and it’s tailored to women, so it should do just fine.
Damages (FX) — Season finale. It’s also likely that this will be the series finale, as positive reviews don’t cover the ad rates when no one’s watching the show. I don’t know what it was about this show, but it could never pull in new viewers. I’m a huge convert to the church of FX, and I never considered watching “Damages.” I blame all the people wearing suits. I see suits and I think “lawyer,” and when I think “lawyers on TV,” I instantly don’t care. I missed the first season of “Mad Men” when it aired because of that.
Top Gear (BBC America) — It’s a special 100-minute episode tonight, as Jeremy goes wildly over budget making a film about the BMW X6.
24 (Fox) — Apparently, this season has gotten pretty good again after sucking for hours 5-10. See, the thing is, when a show has four or five lousy episodes in a row, I stop watching. Smell ya later, “24.” Smell ya later forever.
Dancing with the Stars (ABC) — Every couple will dance to a well-known song from a film. “Ooh, I can’t wait!” said your girlfriend who also wants to tell you about today’s episode of “Oprah.”
Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations (Travel) — Ron Jeremy makes an appearance in this episode about the world’s sexiest food. Helpful suggestion to Tony: stay away from the mashed potatoes.

So HBL Latin America finally got around to starting the Pacific (la Pacifica maye?) and two episodes in my initial verdict is: STINKY.
It’s too obviously “acted” and Jon Seda is one of the worst actors I’ve ever seen.
Sorry, I’m late to the party but I know you’re all, like, super interested in my opinion obvs.
’24′ got good for one week (2 hour episode), then they decided to take way the one thing, strike that, two things that made me really want to watch the show.
P.S. Love the cats with wigs revival
Damages is awesome. Im a few episodes behind this season, but the previous seasons never disappointed.
Alyssa Milano’s pussy looks like Christina Hendricks
I love reading sudden Simpsons quotes. It’s like running into an old friend.
Every couple will dance to a well-known song from a film.
I look forward to the jaunty jig Kate Gosselin does to “Kyle’s Mom is a Big Fat Bitch.”
Damages is pretty good and I’m a loyal watcher but it doesn’t keep my attention quite as well as something like Justified.
I also have a solid enough crush on Rose Byrne – except for some reason I feel like if we were dating she’d be mad at me a lot for no reason.
24 better start getting good. Last week’s episode was better, but these are the last hours! I’m talking about Jack biting a guy’s jugular good.
Always been meaning to check out Damages. Rose Byrne is pretty hot but she looks like she has an eating disorder. Those arms creep me the fuck out.
The first truely good episode of The Pacific is number 6. You actually get some character interaction and can tell a couple of them apart (aside from the guy that pisses himself, and smokes whilst scowling….while pissing himself).
Alyssa Milano? Tits or GTFO!!
Larry Flynt plans on joining Dancing with the Stars just as soon as ICP’s “Miracles” is featured in a film.
I hope someone picks the music from Requiem for a Dream like those depressing ice skaters in the Olympics!
Also, it’s been hard for me to really get into an episode of 24 since season 2, yet I still watch. That said, the past five or so hours have been great. They’re sticking to a more linear storytelling style that’s more engrossing, and there’s less awkward expository dialogue. Plus, they fucking put Chloe in charge of CTU.
The only Top Gear that went past 60 minutes this season was the one where they went to South America. Maybe because of the ads over there, you have different times, but the episode with the BMW X6 was 60 mins.
“Romantically Challenged”? Really, that’s the freaking title? That’s one step less generic than “Single Female Lawyer”. Which was a great show involving miniskirts and promiscuity.
You sold me at Alyssa.
Where’s Justified? I am disappoint.
Matt? Why don’t you tell me that my favorite show is on? I need to know when and where to find one of the most talked about new shows (on here and elsewhere) that I’ve been following for the past four weeks. Without your listing, I will never find it.
Damages is really well acted, but man they REALLY drag things out. And I grew kinda tired of the “sneak peaks” at what happens in the future, only to be let down when they show what really happened.
Tim Oliphant kicked ass on Season two and his creepy boss is one of the better no-name actors I have seen.
I tried Romantically Challenged, it sucked heavily. I had never seen Alyssa Milano act (well except in nude screen caps) since Who’s the Boss, because I don’t give a shit about witches. She’s incredibly bad.
