Although “Glee” has had its share of genuine comedic moments, the real reason for the show’s runaway success has been its feel-good renditions of modern pop songs. And because music is such an intrinsic part of the show, “Glee” will now be available as a … umm… comic book?
Those hoping for new stories featuring the same characters are sure to be disappointed, though — this is part of the company’s “Fame” series which gives “a look at the lives of the actors and creative talent” on the show. [THR]
Dude, that’s not a comic book. That’s a Playbill with drawings. If choir kids go out and buy this, I wholly support schools cutting out arts programs.

I for one am impressed The Hollywood Reporter was able to accurately transcribe quotes about this project, as I can only assume the creator of a comic book about a fucking glee club spends the majority of his day stuffed in a locker.
Who’s the villain in the Glee comic? Mr. Largo? The Tromboner? Tenor Man?
Look, I’m a closet Glee watcher, I can’t help it, I”ve always been a huge fan of cover bands and this is a show about one. However, you are ridiculously right here. This has no business going into comic books. Zero. Stupid Fox. Get back to work and bring back Married With Children…
Also…tromboner…giggle
