Because I have the attention span of a gnat, writing about television all week long tends to wear thin by Friday. Actually, it can wear thin by Monday morning, but I’m usually pretty good about sticking it out. And so, even though adorable elfin herding dogs have nothing to do with television, I like Corgi Friday because it’s a fun way to spice up the end of the week.
Approximately 75% of all emails the Warming Glow tips line received this week were Corgi-related, so I’m going to assume that everyone else is on board with this idea, as well. And for the people who aren’t: what the hell is wrong with you? These dogs are adorable. Pictures of Corgis are way more important than me writing about whether or not “America’s Got Talent” got renewed (it was, by the way).
Anyway, follow along after the jump to enjoy various Corgi pictures, videos, and animated GIFs.
From reader Bill:

This blew up on Tumblr after I posted the video last week:

Frustrated Corgi via BuzzFeed:
Via Gamma Squad (which had this super variation as well as the banner image up top):

And Denny Mayo‘s reinterpretation:

Yup, I like this feature. That should tide me over until next week.

All the recent Corgi-ness has made me decide that I want a Corgi now. I want this unbearable cuteness every day.
Never change, Matt.
I always wanted a Corgi but the old lady talked me into getting an Old English Sheepdog, I love the sumbitch but the hair is overwhelming, feel like a 60′s porn star when he jumps on me
And of course, the squirrels.
PUT DOWN THE GODDAMN CAMERA AND GET THAT DOG THE BALL! GOD!
Seriously DG that Corgi needs assistance, looks like the Hoff trying to eat his burger
Long live Corgi Friday
I hate the way these corgis pander to nerds. It’s annoying
Needs more squirrels with light-sabers.
I’d like to apologize for what I said about Matt , Lord of the Dogs, the other day.

+1 Matt. My Welsh Corgi pup approves and thanks you as she now has a home with furniture to chew through like a termite.
Let’s see. He can’t reach something, but he’s unwilling to get up to get it.
Yup, I’m a Corgi.

I’ve been living the Corgi Life for 23 years now. Like the other addiction, sometimes one is too many and a hundred is not enough. The cuteness never ends! Warning to the Doctor, they are intelligent, and stubborn. To Wayne, You’ll never figure out how so much hair comes from those little guys.
