Set your dismissive wanking motions to “exaggerated,” because this is the stupidest idea I’ve heard all week. And when there’s retarded news to share, the best way to hear it is straight from a retard. Yes, that’s right: excitable doe-eyed crap fetishist Michael Ausiello brings us news of a remake of “The Munsters.”
Pushing Daisies mastermind Bryan Fuller is toiling away on a modern-day reboot of the creepshow classic The Munsters!
So far, NBC, with whom Fuller has an overall deal, has ordered only a pilot. But since the potential series is being described to me as “Modern Family meets True Blood,” I have a good feeling about it.
So, um, once you’ve picked your jaw up off the floor, let’s see the synonyms for “amazing” you come up with to describe the very notion of this show below. [EW]
That fawning son of a bitch should be punched in the throat for having the temerity to suggest this is an “amazing” notion. The notion of remaking a show from the 1960s about a family of monsters — which was, at best, a blue-collar version of “The Addams Family,” which has already been regurgitated into two movies and a musical — couldn’t be farther from the loosest interpretation of amazing. I’d be more inclined to call it dull, uninspired, unremarkable, lazy, corny, unimaginative, colorless, lackluster, insipid, vapid, tedious, ponderous, stale, humdrum, or possibly bromidic. And now that I’m done with this thesaurus, does anyone mind if I use it to beat the useless life out of Ausiello?

Making great, original shows obviously wasn’t paying Fuller’s bills. Time to give turd polishing a try.
Marilyn Munster was a piece of ass.

Its sh*t like this that makes me pick up a book and read!
Small Wonder remake or GTFO
The only explanation for this tripe that I can think of is Ausiello not knowing the definition the words “synonym” or “amazing.”
Butch Patrick is also a notary!
How the fuck does Brad Garrett keep getting tv shows?
Wow, Matt. The hatred burns. Obviously someone’s daddy touched them while The Munsters was on Nick at Nite.
So does that mean the Wayans aren’t going to have their movie?
