Corgi Friday almost had a disastrous setback this week, people. Last week, as I was making the Christmas edition of Corgi Friday, I stumbled upon this awesome posed picture of two Corgis in party hats. I immediately knew that it would be perfect for the last Corgi Friday of 2010. I even made a cutout of the little guy on the left for future Photoshops.
But when I sat down to compile today's Corgi Friday, the New Year's Corgis were nowhere to be found. I spent 30 minutes -- an eternity during a blogger's workday -- frantically searching various folders on my laptop and scanning through the MyCorgi archives, hoping to find where the picture might be. And then, just when I gave up and decided to lead with a different picture, I realized that I had bookmarked the page. Haha, good story, Matt.
Anyway, happy new year from all these Corgis. I look forward to 52 more Corgi Fridays in 2011.
