BOOSH and/or KAKOW! NBC has renewed two of the best sitcoms on television — “Community” and “Parks and Recreation” — as well as “The Office,” which of course is losing Steve Carell later this season. This is terrific news: we’re guaranteed more Ron Swanson and Annie’s Boobs until at least 2012.
“I am so pleased to renew these three outstanding comedies which are all at the top of their game creatively,” said Bob Greenblatt, NBC Entertainment Chairman, in a statement. “Along with 30 Rock, they represent the best of what the NBC comedy brand stands for in terms of originality, wit, and sophistication.”
NBC has yet to decide whether to renew Perfect Couples or Outsourced. It’s likely that call will be made at crunch time in early May, when the Peacock is preparing to announce its fall lineup to advertisers in New York. [EW]
Lemme help you out with that one, NBC: don’t renew either of those turds. Let’s keep this little streak of not-screwing-up going.

I watched most of a single episode of Perfect Couples, and found it to be, perhaps, the most aggressively obnoxious and grating show I have ever seen. I would rather stab myself repeatedly with a dull fork then spend even two more seconds watching such crap. Simply horrid.
Things I want to see with Community: Annie is a bikini.
What is the consensus on this? Can Allison Brie pull off a two piece or is she more of a “hotter with clothes on” type of girl? (every girl is better with clothes off, harf harf)

Syfy even renewed Being Human. It’s not a bad show, really.

Perfect Couples is decent, I’ve caught a couple of episodes. Without Olivia Munn it would be watchable.
Will Leitch’s Unfinished Novel has never seen “Mad Love”. It’s like “How I Met Your Mother” remade by aliens who don’t understand human beings. Jason Biggs is channeling Ted Moesby, Sarah Chalke is sleepwalking, and the laugh track is SO LOUD!
