The actress will guest-star in this season’s 11th episode as Nicki, a sharp-tongued, high-maintenance trophy wife whose not-so-better half, a bioweapons engineer, is a wanted man in cahoots with the Russians. Of course, Charisma Carpenter is 40 years old now and no longer looks like the banner picture (although she still looked pretty good in The Expendables — inset). Pretty irresponsible of me to use it, I suppose. I mean, I’d be pretty pissed if I were in the news and people used photographs of me from eight years ago. Unless I was Charisma Carpenter, in which case I would demand that that photo be used for any and all news about me.

I agree, this is definitely “news”. Unlike some other crap I’ve heard about today. Something about some girl in Florida, yadda yadda not guilty something even though she totally is guilty…
A few years ago, at a previous job, I told a coworker that she reminded me a bit of Charisma Carpenter (her more innocent Buffy/Angel look.) She didn’t know who she was, so she Googled her and found her home page. The splash picture was of CC wearing a bikini and looking slutty. How I explained my way out of a sexual harassment seminar I’ll never know.

I think Charisma still looks pretty good to me. Last time I saw her was in Veronica Mars, and she was smoking hot in that.

I saw here at a Vons (the one on Pico and Fairfax) a few years ago and she still looked pretty damned good. I must have
creeped her the fuck outlooked pretty damn good too, because after chatting with me she locked her car keys in her trunk.Daaaaaaaaaamn.

TWBB, it was history-making for me because she did the shoot after having two kids, a fact which made me go out and buy the print issue for the last time ever expressly so I could roll it up and smack my wife with it.

Stinky, she did the Playboy shoot not long after she had her kid (she only has one kid). You could see that in how enlarged her areolas were. It was newsworthy because she got into shape so quickly after dropping a kid.
Not that I saw the pictures, of course. Just passing on what I heard.
Never heard of this chick until The Expendables. And if she’s really 40 then good for her. When I saw it I didn’t figure her for a day over 30.
She was playing a teenager on Buffy when she was almost 30. She must use voodoo, to stay so young looking. I think she sucks out other young womens’ souls with a gem or something.
