Late-night geek hero Conan O’Brien is embracing Comic-Con, unveiling the Museum of Conan Art (Coco MoCA) in San Diego. The exhibit showcases all the Conan-inspired fan art, which would be creepy and weird if it weren’t for cool things like the Team Coco poster and The Flaming C. The MoCA website is accepting submissions, and says:
Enter The Museum Of Conan Art — a museum FOR the people and BY the people. So whether you’re a painter, sketch artist, sculptor, or a Photoshop pixel-pusher, we want to see your Team Coco themed artwork. With a bit of luck, it might end up backstage in the “Conan” Green Room.
One such piece of art is a LEGO statue of The Flaming C (above, in the right window), which you can watch being constructed at the bottom of the page here.
Hmmmm… I wonder what Conan thinks about all this art?

Conan’s not funny anymore. Not that I’d ever watch Leno(or Entourage) but NBC did make the right choice as far as viewership. Conan fans “LOVE COCO!” but don’t watch his show oops you morons. Andy Blitz ain’t walking through that door. Jon Glaser ain’t walking through that door. A bear blasting his ballsack ain’t walking through that door. Instead a dunking basketball mascot skit twice a week is walking through that door, and it’ll suck. Oh it looks good!
For all of you assholes going nuts defending Conan above me how often do you watch or dvr his show? You all blog about how great he is more often than watching the actual show.

Yet, I never watch his show or DVR it. I never go to his website. I didn’t even know what he looked like until today. I thought he was Jimmy Fallon. There. That should drive you batshit. HA!
I never watch Conan. He’s entertaining, I just don’t stay up that late… and am racist against gingers.
DVR it, watch it during breakfast, skip the interviews. But go ahead whinging like you know what you’re talking about.
His bits haven’t really been funny since Late Night. I miss If They Mated, Actual Items, Vomiting Kermit, etc. NBC really screwed him when they said he couldn’t do any of those anymore. His monologues are better now though so I guess that’s ok.

I watch Conan O’Brien every now and then (never watch fucking Leno) and fondly reminisce The Masturbating Bear.
I agree his show has gotten awful. I don’t know what changed but something did. I blame Richter. Everything just seems stale.
