Nothing says “united” like saying that the country needs to be taken back. The problem with the whole “take our country back” slogan is that even if Republicans gain the White House and the majority in Congress, our country is still in the hands of politicians. Cain is basically running this like a huge marketing campaign, and that’s not going to play well with independent voters.
That may be the first time in decades I’ve seen an ad where someone is smoking a cigarette and it’s not selling an anti-smoking solution.
