Corgi Friday: All Puppy Edition

I recognize that the nature of this blog requires us to occasionally (read: frequently) post images and GIFs of very pretty ladies. I would never try to act like I’m “above” doing that, because I enjoy pretty ladies as much as the next guy. But the truth is, after scouring the Internet all morning looking for GIFs of Alison Brie to run in a huge slideshow, sometimes I feel, well… like a creep. I found myself wishing Joel McHale or Donald Glover would have ripped their shirt off so I could have objectified the sexes more equally. I want Warming Glow to be a place guys AND ladies feel comfortable checking out, and so I try to be sensitive about not turning it into some crappy Spike show. None of that is to pass judgment on anyone else, it’s just my own little burden to bear. And as far as burden bearing goes, the kind where you spend hours looking at an attractive girl dancing in a Santa outfit is far from the worst.
But that’s why I love Corgi Friday. Beyond being cute and adorable for all of you, it’s a palate cleanser for me. Immediately after posting the “Community” GIFs, I made the decision to put together a slideshow FULL OF PUPPIES. 100%. For the last hour, I’ve been looking at pictures of tiny little baby corgis and wiping away the lecherous feelings I had after that post. I feel wonderful. I feel REFRESHED. And not a moment too soon, because Katy Perry is on SNL tomorrow, so we’ll probably end up doing five posts on Monday about things her boobs did during the show. So it goes.
Without further ado, this week’s all puppy edition of Corgi Friday.
