1. One of series creator Dan Harmon’s first efforts was the “Laser Fart,” series, which he wrote and starred in as a superhero who shot … laser farts. Dan Harmon got started as the co-founder of Channel 101, in which participants submit a short film in the format of a pilot under five minutes in length and a live audience decides which pilots continue as a series. 3. We all know that Jim Rash, who plays Dean Pelton, recently received an Oscar for co-writing The Descendants. However, Dan Harmon co-wrote Monster House, a film that was nominated for an Academy Award for best animation film.
4. Before Channel 101, Dan Harmon was part of a Milwaukee-based sketch group, The Dead Alewives. It looked really bad.
5. Dan Harmon has never been nominated for an Emmy for his work on “Community,” but he did win an Emmy for writing the lyrics to Hugh Jackman’s opening dance number at the 2009 Oscar ceremony.

#27 Our beloved Alison Brie went to drama school in Glasgow, where I live. Sadly I didn’t manage to meet/stalk her.
I worked as a set PA on the film “Choke.” Sadly, I did not get to meet/stalk/smell Gillian.
They actually reference Gillian’s Choke role in that season 1 episode where Jeff and Chang hang out. The next morning, they keep laughing and referencing “Cherry Daquiri,” which was Gillian’s character’s stripper name.
Also, Gillian was the villain in that early Fringe episode with the flashy hypnotizing lights.

That Ken Jeong fact kind of blows my mind. I work for a medical device company and I came across some paperwork a few months ago that was signed for by the Dr. Ken Jeong. This could of course just be a giant coincidence, but I’m going to pretend it’s not.
Also, there is a hospital in Glendale that is on Chevy Chase Drive.

Mystery Team was a pleasant surprise to me. I saw it a few years ago using the Netflix. The whole movie isn’t anything super special, but 1st five minutes of that movie absolutely killed me because I’m an immature dumbass.
I’m re-watching 30 Rock from the start at the moment , and was greatly surprised to see Donald Glover as an extra (also Aubrey Plaza) and see him also with a writing credit in series 3. Then you stole my thunder by having it on the list. U thunder stealer you.
