Parks and Recreation already has one of, if not the, most impressive cast on TV. There’s Amy Poehler, Nick Offerman, Adam Scott, Aziz Ansari, Chris Pratt, and Aubrey Plaza, of course, but even the show’s guest stars, including Louis C.K., Ben Schwartz, Natalie Morales, Megan Mullally, Matt Besser, Nick Kroll, and Lil’ Sebastian, play more fully formed characters than other show’s main casts. Mike Schur tells us that the longtime Late Night with Conan O’Brien writer’s character, a local orthodontist, “becomes Leslie’s nemesis. He doesn’t find her interesting or charming at all, and doesn’t care about her bright-eyed, bushy-tailed attitude toward making the town better…He just doesn’t like her.” (Via)
But he will like Jean-Ralphio, so much so that he decides to throw the young mensch a belated ska mitzvah. Then everyone will have a good time. Yay, references!
